The Lack of Spell Vamp

So I know we're losing spell vamp, probably because of both gameplay issues as well as people's confusion when you tell them their AD caster benefits more from Spell Vamp than they do from Life Steal. But with the removal of spell vamp and the mage reworks, it seems Riot has overlooked a few champions. Take Ahri , Akali and Morgana for instance. They all have kits based around spell vamp, so what does this mean for them? I've heard nothing about it.

Maybe I'm just living under a rock, but does anyone else have any info about what's going on with these spell vamp champs?

Any in kit spell vamp will still as is

Yeah, they're all staying the same. I don't think anything is going to change with the elimination of itemized spell-vamp; its not like anyone was building it to keep up with Morgana or Ahri anyway.

Riot is only removing spell vamp from itemization. You can still get it from runes, masteries, and from a champion's kit.

Also Ahri doesn't have spell vamp. It is a flat heal that scales with AP.
