In-Client Champion Info Not Enough

I've noticed a few things while playing this game, as well as several other games of the same type. League's in-client champion info page doesn't really display any information regarding the spells and passives of champions. Two of the biggest examples I can think of right now are Aurelion Sol and Gangplank.

Aurelion Sol's Q detonates in 1 of 2 ways: It reaches its max distance, or it's activated again. But the in-client description only makes note of the distance method.

Similarly, Gangplank's new passive allows him to collect dubloons in order to modify his ultimate. However, his in-client description neglects to even mention the dubloons. Not even his Tips tab talks about the dubloons at all.

As it stands right now, the only way to completely understand how each character works in to watch a video of how they play, and then to read the spell description in-game when they're supposed to be actually playing, or find somewhere else online that has a full description of the spells.
