MMR System is still stacked

DISCLAIMER: I get it, "Gold is not a good elo" blah blah blah but gold is sure as hell a lot better than silver and when you place 3 golds and 2 high silvers against a team of silvers, you already damn well know who's gonna win.

I don't know why riot hates me, but this has been happening since last season when I called it out here.

I have a theory that instead of the MMR system placing you against "better" players as your MMR gets better, it actually just places an entire team of HORRIBLE players on your team, and if you lose "You just didn't carry hard enough".

I would have no problem facing an entire team of players who were an entire league above me IF I also had an equal number of players at the same skill level on my team, but apparently that's not how the game works.

Just look at the Imgur screenshot. MY ENTIRE TEAM WAS SILVER, AND JUST BECAUSE I HAD GOLD MMR I WAS PLACED AGAINST 3 GOLD PLAYERS.

You're just proving my point. Throw MMR out the window, and just look at the ranks then. Gold players are still inarguably better than silver, and I basically just got placed against all golds with a team of all silvers. Its a crock of shit and it needs to be fixed. Wouldn't complain if I had 1 or 2 golds on my team to balance it out. But that's clearly not the case.

I agree that most third party programs are inaccurate, but i think that the issue he's pointing out is that the people placed in the match with him aren't the same mmr and since there is no good way of looking at your mmr third party programs are all we have to rely on. Back in the day when ranked was a number it was much easier to tell where someone should be placed rather then saying "I'm gold 3 so im better than a gold 4". I think that much of this issue would be resolved if there was an accurate way to see your mmr along with others.

Looking at your match history, you seem to be playing normal matches exclusively recently. Was this a normal match? Normal MMR and ranked MMR are completely separate.

No, as a matter of fact this game in particular was my first ranked game on this account (2nd account) as I just recently unlocked my 20th champion which is the new requirement for ranked.
