NEW CAITLYN PASSIVE

Keep in mind, my point is not to buff Caitlyn; she's already a strong ADC. My point is to spice up her kit a little bit.

Policewoman's Focus (Passive): Caitlyn's basic attacks applies Policewoman's Focus, stacking up to 6 times (or some other number.) Attacking a new enemy will remove all stacks from the previous target. The sixth stack consumes all Policewoman's Focus stacks and that enemy with become a Targeted Criminal. While running towards a Targeted Criminal, Caitlyn gains extra movement speed. She also gains bonus damage and/or effects on her auto attacks and abilities. Only one enemy can be a Targeted Criminal at a time.

Note: When I say Caitlyn's passive atm, I mean the passive that gives Caitlyn extra damage after auto attacking 6 times, not the trap or net headshot passive. She can keep that.

Her passive at the moment is boring and lackluster. I've always thought of Caitlyn as the clean-up-after-fight-cop. This would embrace that play style and help her chase down kills. It synergizes really well with her ult, which was made with the purpose of cleaning up kills. This compliments her theme of a cop that chases down bad guys really well, which is something Rito wants. She even says, "I love a good chase!" in the game!!!

There could even be police sirens when an enemy becomes a Targeted Criminal. :D
