What have you done? Why...?

I generally don't complain. I've played this game since beta and have seen some good Riot moves and some really ugly Riot moves, but Kog'Maw...What? Why? With the current items and the new buff/debuff work on his kit in patch 6.3, you've created a late game steam-rolling monster that cannot be stopped. I've never seen a champion this kind of broken. Please, for the love of someone special, fix this.
