LeaveBuater isn't the problem. This is on your end mate. Initiate a Full Repair or use the Hextech Repair Tool like the Mod said and you may be able to fix something thay may bewrong. That being said, LeaveBuster can be improved. Below are some ideas are created to enhance LB.
The buster should punish it's offenders in a high, but decreasing punishment system. The game would block you from all games for a start of 20 mins. If you had to go to someone quickly. You would be forgiven by the system for one game here and there. As you continue to leave though, tis clear you are becoming the problem. The 20 minute wait is not negotiable. It would force you to sit out of any games for 20 minutes. This buster would last for 5 games, but can be decreased with honor. If you would receive an honor boarder for the next game load in, the time would decrease by half. If you are a helpful teammate, you are a vital aspect to the game and it's community. You need to obviously be in more games. You next wait time for game two would be 10 minutes. If you were honored again, it becomes 5. Regardless of the time needed to join a game, once the 5 games ended, the LB would disable. If you AFK, during any 5 games, you would need to start your five games over again and 20 minutes would be your default time.
In ranked, these punishments would be a bit harsher. If you were to gain a leave buster from for afking in a ranked, you would be forced to wait the in the current system with no decreasing and would be blocked from all ranked games. Think of it like a football team. Everyone is pulling there weight and you suddenly need to leave really quick from practice. Once is very unfortunate, but understandable. As it repeats, you lose more and more practice time untill ultimly you are benched because the coach can't trust you will win the game. You can't come to practice so as such you cant play.
If you you have an honor level. Each level higher then 2 would act as a shield game. If you are Honor 5, you could AFK about 5 games in a day. That being said, you would need to work very hard to get there and wouldn't be trolling if you were so high.
The current system gives you about one to two games every day to leave in. If you afk a lot it obviously will be the one game, but rare occasions will normally give you two tries if not three. The system can tell if your a troll or if you're a legit crashed player.
