I have 21 owned champions, and I'm not counting any free rotation. I've had 21 for 2 months and it still has not been enabled for me to play. And I am level 40. So if anyone has any experience and can help, I would appreciate it.

I think it has to do with you having a brand new account which ranked will only worked when it's not preseason anymore so wait til Preseason is done and try out ranked since they added a new tier (Iron)

I've had my account before preseason and had 20 champs before preseason started, so idk what the problem would be then. I was going to try to get rewards for the season but it wouldn't let me queue, and I looked on forums and the thing fixed itself. It's been almost over 2 months and I still can't play, and I hate making my irl friends play norms when they'd much rather play ranked.

yeah but you never ranked before preseason on DR7

try blitz it's pretty fun right now.
