why are queues like 15+ minutes for level 12 accounts?

Sona Ping1 votesHuh... long estimated queues should be normal for Draft, but Blind Pick should pop very quickly for you.
Was this your experience then? As in, you waited 15+ minutes for your last game? Some players have been talking about how they think there maybe an occasional bug in matchmaking where the queue gets stuck (talking in regards to the new dynamic queue) so they restart matchmaking. So you could restart queue; However, keep in mind that may not actually be a reality.
You would probably have to ask someone higher up than me about this. I think your queue should be about a minute right now.
