Hextech Sweeper on Twisted Treeline - Invisibility (Wu, Twitch, Shaco, Talon, Teemo)

Is this item really what you intended for? It makes several champions not viable on the map anymore. I can see how it might be fun to reveal bushes and stuff when people are hiding in them, but you really want it to reveal champions if they're invisible? People instantly spam the move on champs that go invisible leaving no counter play and the move half functional. They're were already items in the game for this but now it's a free item that fits in the 4th slot. Not to mention with a 3rd tower there's even more visibility.
