I just made it. You complain about "no-skill champions" when you play the champion with the most toxic and least-skilled playerbase.

And for the record, I know that some Riven players can be descent, but most seem to suck hard.

Srsly broken ass champ. His E is so fuckin hard to dodge! Riot needs to change his e to a 4 second delay cuz it lacks counterplay!!! Even when I play zed and lb and ahri I get raped by this little asshole because he's a no skill champ that just presses E and gg. Fkin no skill champ get rekt

You're several patches too late. He already was nerfed when they "balanced" him. His E is telegraphed now instead of instantaneous. It's not difficult to dodge considering they let you see it now. Before people had more to complain over.
