Could we add a First win of the day for each game mode? It would incentivize playing the other game modes, Dominion and Twisted Treeline, as well as letting new players gain IP for champions and runes in a more satisfying matter.

Anyway, there's also the consideration that it might lower the quality of games if there's suddenly a bunch of people queuing up merely to farm a win.
