Why doesn't Kalista have a max amount of damage her Rend can do to monsters? Varus Blight maxes at 360 dmg to monters. There are a few others that have a max amount they can do to monsters with their stacks. Whats the reason behind not giving Kalista a max damage to monsters?
Because it'll look cool to 100 stack Rend baron in the LCS... someday

No. There aren't. There are other champions that have a max amount they can do to monsters with their % Health damage. That is why Varus's Blight has a maximum - because otherwise 3 autoattacks worth of Blight would do 1,500 points of damage to Baron, while Kalista only does 124 points of damage with 3 autoattacks worth of Rend.
