Vlad Main Runic armor vs vampirism

Since vlad nerfs im having to rethink how i wanna play vlad im wondering which would give me the better sustain/ heal up better with my q idk if runic armor even works with spells... any help?

Because there is no final mastery that is good either of those paths.. Maybe ill play around with the tank ones but i dont like deathfire with my playstyle turret agro too op

I normally use DFT when I play vlad because of his Q being able to apply the full damage but strength of the ages wouldn't be too bad because it makes him tankier and gives him some AP too but I would definitely make sure you go 12/0/18 or 18/0/12 to make sure you have both
