Please let Zyra use Conqueror

So basically, Conqueror has been updated to be more usable on ranged units, specificly on mages with low cooldowns or constant damage output. Ranged champions can hold stacks for longer, every spell generates 2 stacks, every stack gives less adaptive force but with more stacks it ends up being higher values at max stacks. True damage has been removed, healing as changed to be more effective against low MR targets and to benefit more from high AP/AD values.

Those are all changes that are very good for mages that want to deal sustained damage, like Cassio or Ryze or Swain. The longer the fight goes on, the more AP they generate and at max stacks they gain sustain to keep them in fights for longer.

From this concept alone, Zyra would actually be a perfect user of Conqueror. Now, in the past Riot has nerfed pretty much all DPS focused parts in Zyra's kit and shoved her more and more into a burst focused direction, mainly to balance her on the support position. Because burst focused means less oppressive poke and zoning and also better to be punished for missing spells. And now we have a rune that not only enables her to once again play DPS focused, it would also leave her support version completely unchanged. Conqueror needs additional high AP values to be effective, so this rune would be weak on the support position. However, a midlane Zyra could actually get quite a lot out of this rune.

It would give Midlane Zyra two things that she currently lacks: Scaling and a nieche as zone controlling DPS mage. And still, it would not be too oppressive or overpowered, because plants only grant their 2 stacks (counted as a spell) once every 5 seconds. That means it can not be fully stacked just by one or two plants. It can however be stacked by a full combo, so the ulted plants will benefit from the full effect. It would also increase her poking and zone abilities, because stacks hold on for quite some time.

So where is the problem? For some stupid reason Zyras plants don't update their damage if she levels up or gains additional AP after they have been spawned. Summoning a plant and then gaining Conqueror stacks does not increase the plants damage. And that is stupid. There is literally no reason for that limitation, since all other spells do update their damage when they are mid-air. It completely gates Zyra from taking a rune that would open up a new and healthy playstyle. So that's why I ask Riot: please let plant update their damage. Let Zyra take Conqueror.
