Client Language settings

Now, why the Client does not have this setting already to where you can change to any language you want no matter what server is stupid. Lets recap. League of Legends just ended its 4th season, the game just got a new Summoners Rift, the game has added some new champions (fuck you Rek'Sai may I add) but, their is no language setting in the client. Used to before patch 4.21, their was a way where you could go into the file location, go into RADS, System, Locale, then change the language setting from their. Now with this new patch, that is not doable. Now, you have to go into projects, lol_patcher, managedfiles, 0.0.0.0, region, then do all this not needed shit just to change the language. That sometimes does not even work. I sure as hell cannot get it to work. I like to play on the LAN server some for the fact I get 50 ping compared to the 105 here on NA. But I do mostly play on NA. I had to re-install league a few days a ago before I had to system restore my PC. I had the language changed and everything setup perfect. But now, I can't understand shit. I mean, yes I know how to operate the client still and work everything even if it is in Spanish. But holy hell is it a headache, and sometimes you have to go around looking for things, like runes and the language being different on the runes does not help either. I mean, c'mon Riot. Is it THAT HARD to put a setting in the client where you can chose what ever the hell language you want? I know their are people out their in Mexico that don't want to use Spanish for their client. They want to use another language. And having to do all this going into the project file and doing all that shit that might not even work is ridiculous. I love League, I love playing on the NA and LAN server. But damn, it would be fucking nice to be able to understand things. If their is some simpler way then please tell me someone. But, like I said. The fact that the game does not have a language setting programmed in it to where you cannot select any language at the client is just retarded.
