Skin Browsing in Champ Select?

After switching from the legacy client and back a few times, something I miss is the ability to look at all of my champ's skins after locking in, not just at the very end when I'm locking in my summs and runes. Why take out the ability in the first place? Gives me some time to look at the splashes pre-match.
