Trolls in Normal

Do you know if Riot does any action towards trolls in Normal? There are days that I have 3 out of 5 games someone picking another jungler after we agreed on chat and locked other jungler. This is always a loss and a lost time for 5 people. I am losing hope that Riot reacts in any way to this which take a lot, a lot of fun out of this game.

Yeah if they don't play their assigned lane many times they will be punished by the IFS. If you are talking about Blind pick, there are no strict roles there. You can play double jungle or no jungle at all and it's fine.
