Could we give Zac some love?

I feel like Zac is a very lackluster champion and is too much of a Jack-of-All-trades champion. If you are looking for initiation why pick Zac when you can pick Malphite or Sej? Zac needs a clear defined role other than general goo that fills in the cracks. I propose that we add some sort of stacking slow as his passive or on his W so he is more... well, Sticky. A 30% slow on one ability of an entity literally made of goo seems a little bland.

Also currently IMO his W never feels like it has the impact it should. "Ooh a Splash! Yay!" it is an ability that is only for spamming and getting your passive out.
