How is this not an S Rank?

Please explain how I didn't get an S rank with this pony? Because I'm a jungler and have to gank and come out with less farm I get penalized for an insane game? Really? :(

I guess it comes down to the comparison to the performance of others thing mostly. Guess maybe you take a bit of a hit on the farm and wards for that length of game, other things look good like KDA and kill participation.
Admittedly some times it just like, c'mon really, not even an S-? I had a 20/4/50 Morgana game that netted me a mere A+.
I once had an over 25+ KP with 2 deaths, over 200+ cs, got A+. Next game I went NEGATIVE, something along the lines of 5/6/10 with under 200 cs and got an S-.
Game report cards and prelims are seemingly guesses this season.
Depends on how long the game was and how much cs you got
