Anyone else rarely award the Leadership honor?

Just thought I would post this to see if anyone else in the world has this weird habit of only awarding "Tilt-Proof" or the Heart icon lol. I rarely ever award someone with the Leadership emblem unless they really are like leading the way and calling out shots with pings. Maybe it's just me though lol GLHF!
