11/4/20 got me my 3rd S. I am the proud owner of the banner we agree is a pain to get as supp. I think a lot of it has to do with how you've done overall, and before the banner, I think I screwed myself by doing decently in general. But I have mine, so meh.

It was a joke... but thanks for the advice. Idk if I'll get 11 kills on a supp ever. Usually give those to my adc.

I got level 7 on Sona. An S game is 4 or more kills, fewer than 5 deaths, and more than 25 assists. Wards are also a factor, and the game may be keeping track of how often you proc your gold-generating item.

I had a 7/2/19 on morg which I believe was an A, 3/3/21... probably an A, 2/4/35... A, 0/4/36... A.

Whatever qualifies as an S is done on a per-character basis, so if Morg players usually do better than Sona players, you may have to do better on Morg to get your tokens.

Also, are you warding a lot? You can't get top marks on support if you don't drop a lot of wards.

I heard warding might affect the rankings, so yes I have been warding more often. I TRY to ward around 1 per minute, but in actuality I've been hovering around 0.65-0.75 wards/min. I actually found that dealing more damage raises your ranking, even if you die more.

I actually warded less the second game, and died more the second game. The ONLY significant difference that I see is that I dealt around 3 times the damage in the 5/5/24 game compared to the 7/1/21 game. The end results being an S- even with FIVE(!!!) deaths.

Easier way to get an S/S+ on support I noticed is building straight damage on them (i.e. full AP Alistar). System seems to pay more attention to damage dealt to champions than to other statistics.

I find this to be true too. I had a 7/1/21 game for which I got an A+ (13k damage) and a 5/5/24 game where I got an S- (34k damage). The 5/5/24 game was actually 10 minutes longer, and I warded less than the 7/1/21 game. Yet somehow I got a higher ranking. Kill participation was 51% and 53% respectively. This blows my mind. I died FIVE times, didn't expect anything above a B+ or A-. Certainly didn't FEEL like an S- game. And yet the rankings came out like they did.

What I've found is that it doesn't really matter what the system accounts for. Try to set it up for the other team die as much as possible, and you will get a's, or s's. Of course, I am bronze, so that might just mean that I am doing better than other bronzies.

I've been warding as much as I can and trying to assist i everything and I make some really great plays/saves and I still rarely get S's....I've found that I only get an S if the game has gone on longer than 20 minutes so I end up having lots of assists
