Can you guys fix this trash client

So tired of having to dodge games because the client is bugged. I've gotten this same error a million times where I cant change my runes in the pre game lobby leaving me with the options of dodging or playing out an entire game with the wrong runes essentially wasting mine and everyone else's time or do what I've been doing which is dodging and resetting the client. Riot should also have a way of detecting an error as big as that one and not add a leaver timer for when THEIR CLIENT IS FUCKING UP. You'd think something like this would've been fixed forever ago but if its not making riot money they dont seem to care. So frustrating
