Where is it now? The automated system for bans and such is slow, beyond irresponsive and doesn't reflect actual community opinions or judgement.
We haven't heard hide nor hair of what's happening for or against bringing it back.

And that is a problem? People are stupid and bias, and view things from varying perspectives, have you seen how this forum acts when people try to be the least bit sensible about
