Xin Zhao Clarity Buff?!?

I noticed on the PBE recently that is getting buffed. His E and more importantly his W, Battle Cry, are getting an increase in their numbers or something, which is nice an all but arguably not really needed as he one of the few junglers who actually do ok in the jungle nowadays and i think its his kit rather than his numbers that is "holding him down". HOWEVER, my main issue with these buffs is that Rito still haven't given a CLARITY TICKER/COUNTER ICON for his passive battle cry! For the life of me I just can't understand why he doesn't have one, as almost every other champ with an "every X attack/spells this happens" ability or passive (Master Yi, Caitlyn, Udyr, Aatrox, Annie, Cassio, Volibear, Skarner, Malzahar, Kassadin, Diana, Kog'Maw, Miss Fortune, Kennen, Jinx, Jax, Graves, Cho'Gath, Braum) has since been given a ticker/counter icon to keep track of it and it would be such a good quality of life boost for him!

I would take a random person's comments from a year ago as it sums up the argument pretty well: "since league of legends is directing towards quality of life gameplay and clarity. I think for added clarity it would be good for Xin Zhao's passive battle cry icon to have a ticker or counter towards the third strike in order to tell the player when they will heal upon the next attack instead of keeping count themselves, which is useful and clear to let players make plays when they are low on health and can re-engage knowing they can survive. E.g. Xin Zhao is running away after a quick engage and is low on health with 2 stacks on battle cry's passive he could make use of it by auto attacking a minion he walks by to gain some much needed health to survive the chase." Nothing happened then so I feel we need to rekindle the discussion for the small but needed, quality of life buff!

TL;DR Rito keep your numbers buff, just show some love and give him a / quality of life buff with a ticker/counter icon for his Battle Cry passive!
