Riven is perfectly fine there no reason to give her buffs that make her op. When she is in a pretty good spot in the current meta.

Yeah man that 40 damage on her rank 1 ult is going to make her broken op.

This board makes me cringe, specially when ppl cry about shit like riven and vayne, champs that havent been very good for quite a while but they are still "broken" in the heads of the bronzes/silvers that make up this forum.

Everyone is complaining about how OP these buffs will make Riven, but they only really affect heavy tanks with lots of HP.

Minimum damage numbers aren't that big, maximum damage numbers are meatier. I don't think it's a reason to freak out over a Riven buff though; the minimum damage numbers are often not going to be enough to ruin your day and the max damage numbers are kind of w/e due to her ultimate being an execute anyways. What I'm trying to say is that it makes her ultimate less useless if her opponent isn't low and improves security against opponents who are already on the verge of dying.

I could see her being more seen as a counterpick after this buff, but only against champions that can't itemize against or her lock her down. And there are a lot of champions that can do that.

MEANWHILE, the buff to Jinx's R at maximum range is pretty crazy. A 50% AD ratio buff. Damn.

Idc if all riven mains jump on me for this but i never understood how her kit is healthy even though it's a nice concept. Counterpicks make her almost useless?ahem you try to play something immobile or without hard cc vs her. If she uses her dashes to reach you she got almost nothing?tell that to 45%cdr riven and its still not a excuse to have that mobility. Ad scaling shield and aoe execute..do i need to say more?Just explain me plz.
