Unlocked Camera Toggle (Help)

Instead of using space to center my champion is there a way to make it so while holding space my camera is unlocked instead so if I need to do something like use Jhin’s W I can hold space and W move my mouse to where I want to fire and then let go or if I just want to get information of something I can’t see with locked camera if you know a way I can do this PLEASE HELP
