SERIOUS SUGGESTION FOR LETHALITY BEFORE NEXT CHANGES

Instead of them decreasing the amount of lethality available why not make the serated dirk activations share a cd like the hextech items with mage's so you have to pick either cloak or ghostblade activation, I think myself AND ALOT of the community would be more open to this than just decreasing the amount of lethality available, or just revert the 40-60% up front change.

This sounds good at first, but then again assassins and lethality marksmen are meant to stack those 3 items, so punishing them for this seems not OK. Also, Duskblade has no active. And even if this was done, lethality builds would likely still be too strong.
