I recently received a Leaverbuster Warning for an AFK.

First off, another player went AFK first. Second, LOL does not make it easy for players to forfeit the game when there is an AFK. I could not figure out how to cancel the match, and the rest of the team was oblivious. Third, I refuse to waste 30-60 mins of my life on a 5v4 game, so you should EXPECT me to leave a shoddy game that just started; not scold me for it. Fourth, LOL forced me to sign an "I Agree" to not be a Leaverbuster. Ridiculous! Research the game better! If you would've spent more time analyzing the game, you would've understood WHY I left; not that I left. Your approach needs improvement.

LOL should fix the following: Make the forfeit option easier for players to surrender the game early. If the game starts out 5v4 due to an early AFK, um... YES, I will leave the game again. I WILL LEAVE THE GAME AGAIN. This is a fix YOU need to be accountable for; do not blame players for leaving a game after someone else has AFK'd.

you have successfully started/agreed to a surrender vote. ( can only call it after 15 mins though)

also another player going AFK does NOT under any circumstances give YOU the right to afk dude, as 4 other members were still trying, and 5v4's are still perfectly plausible bonus: if it was that early as you are saying, you can do the above but instead type "/remake" and start a remake vote. a remake can only happen if the afk never connected in the first place, and only during the first 3 mins of the game. with a remake, if your team agrees, your nexus still blows up but don't worry, it dosent count for squat

Thank you. Remake was what I was referring to. The timer was almost at 3 mins, and I couldn't find the remake button. When the timer ran out, I felt robbed. Like LOL made it very difficult for me to remake the game. How am I supposed to know what to type? It's a real shoddy approach for such a polished game. LOL should take a second look at making it easier for players to remake games in the first 3 mins. Since I couldn't figure out how to remake, I left. This post was very helpful.
