Do Bloodrazor and Blade of the Ruined King Stack?
If i'm playing Yi/Kindred Jg, do the passives from those items stack? If not, which one takes priority?

Yes.
They have different passives, why wouldn't they?
They do stack. together you get something like +75% attack speed and +12% of the target's max health in bonus phsyical damage on hit. Although, I think
applies lifesteal while 
does not.
