Please Please Riot Read this and buff Lux please

Dear Riot, I am a Lux main that played Lux ever since season 4 and I've been watching a lot of champions getting buffed while Lux gets one buff (2 secs snare on both enemy hit) and several nerfs, like Elementalist Lux visual nerf and all skins skills visual nerf, W ap scaling damage nerf and its speed. Because of this, Lux is currently classified as one of the most trash champion out of all mid lane champions. Lux deals absolutely no damage against tank such as Warwick, Zac, and any semi-tank/fighter champions who goes spirit visage. In addition, her projectile speeds are so slow that 80% of platinum or above ranked people can dodge Lux's skillshot, or even some bronze players, while I do agree that Lux has great potential to steal dragons and baron. But still, Lux can one shot the mage minion if she has at least 2 complete item, and this is only IF Lux has a Rabadons. She deals only half damage to a champion who is a tank with full item when she cast a full combo. And I don't get why Riot says Lux has strong utility in early game, when her shield in level 1 is only 50+50 (with no masteries and runes). Current meta is mostly fit for assassins or any burst champions. Even though Lux is classified as one, the only champion that she can kill is the AD carry and enemy mid laner, if the mid laner doesn't have any magic resist item. So technically Lux can only burst down AD carries. I'm pretty sure most of the Lux mains will agree on this statement. Please, Riot, buff Lux. If you can't buff her damage at least increase her projectile speed please. Thanks for reading a bunch of babble.
