not receiving hextech chest

dear riot points it's been 2 or 3 weeks since i recieve a hextech chest. Everytime i win a game i always receive fragment keys, now i have 2 hextech key and 1 fragment key please help me or give one for free

There are a few requirements for you to meet to earn a chest;

You must have one of your four monthly chests available. You can see how many are available on your profile page on the right.
You must earn an S grade. This must be on a champion that you have not received a chest on yet this season. You can check this in your Champion tab in your profile.
A premade ally can earn an S grade. You will get a chest for the champion you are playing (if eligible), not theirs.
