Poll: Weaker version of Poro Toss as new Summoner Spell?

I'm no expert on balance, but I wonder how adding a mobility summoner spell that requires landing a skill shot first would affect gameplay on summoners rift. With a slightly longer range than flash and a slightly shorter cooldown. At least it would be an alternative to flash that people might actually take.

It would make a lot of champions that are less viable because of mobility more viable I think. And because of the skill shot and need to aim around minions, I think it could result in some interesting plays. And its silly how 90% of players take flash. We need some alternatives I think. Does anyone else have some good ideas for new summoner spells to break up the flash monotony?

Just my amateur opinion.
