What happened to info about small scale updates?

So the champion Roadmap has come out and we now know who will be getting full relaunches up to early next year and a few new champs as well. I get that, but why don't we hear about small scale updates in the works anymore? Right after the end of the class updates, we got details on Rek'Sai, Xin and Aatrox on his mini rework, then his second rework that ended up becoming a full scale rework. Since then we haven't gotten any information on small scale updates till they are just about to hit the PBE. They just seem to happen out of the blue anymore unless people ask about them directly, like the changes to that are coming up. So why don't we get details on the smaller scale updates anymore? It would be nice to know what small scale updates are coming up as well, especially for those of us who have a champ they want updated on the small scale list and want to know how many champs are left on that list.
