The delay on viegars e/stun is way too much. he have no way of saving himself anymore because due to enermies able to just walk out of the stun before it triggers. My suggestion is that change the way the stun works or make the delay shorter.
Plus the player that are complaining about how op viegar was is just not thinking. all you do is wait or bait his e and he is useless. A skilled player will be able to dodge or counter the stun

That's the thing, they aren't skilled, and they don't want to be punished for making serious mistakes. Twitch reactions shouldn't be better than actual good positioning and superior skill usage, but apparently Riot thinks otherwise.
I can't even remember how many times I've been flamed in all chat by Zeds that whined that I was playing an unfair champ, all because I 1) played Veigar into blind pick Normals, and 2) actually had the skill to insta-stun them the second they got out of position or tried to 100-0 me without waiting for my E to go on CD.
