How do I beat a Raka lane?

1. Take ignite (if you can live without exhaust)
2. Focus soraka instead of the adc
3. Kill lanes counter sustain lanes so use a support like leo, thresh, blitz, etc.
4. Ask for help from the jungler
5. Roam as the support
6. If your adc outscales theirs you can just focus on farming instead of fighting

Soraka is super squishy, and if you harass Soraka and keep her health down, she won't be able to heal, or be much of a presence in lane. I suggest choosing a tanky initiating support like Volibear, Nautilus, or Leona to blitz Soraka while keeping damage off of your ADC from the other ADC.

You select a comp that kill both of them. basically Remember those bosses you have in games that regenerate when the other is living? Yeah, its one of those.

You hope the ADC playing with her sucks.

biggest thing is to dodge her Q. she takes damage whether you poke her or the ADC. Eventually she gets low enough to burst down. but only if you dodge q.
