No one can gift me

So the other day it was my bday and all my mates wanted to gift me mystery skins like we do every year (Cross my fingers its death sworn zed). When they tried to this time round it just said "ERROR" and there was no errors or reasons for it. I checked the gifting criteria and I have way over 10 skins that are available and everything else is well in order. so we tried other things and I cant even be gifted summoner Icons or even Mystery ward skins with BE this is really annoying. Anyone know how to fix this

If your or your friends have problems with gifting, submit a support ticket. The player support can investigate into your issue best and tell you if there might be problems with the accounts or or if there is a bug.
