Kills/Deaths/Cs isn't everything. While you still need to have a reasonable KDA and you have to have somewhat a lot of farm, you also have to have a good vision score and take down objectives. Scores are determined by what you did better than what the average player did on that certain champion you were playing. So if you are better than the rest, you get an S.

You just gotta cs better. CS is a BIG factor.

It doesn't matter that you got 230 cs, that might sound like alot, but when you look at the game time and it's a 50 minute game, a good CS number would be 400-500 CS+

When you get a lead, stop going for kills and get a ton of cs. steal camps, split push, just get dat juicy CS. Deaths seem to be a big factor too. Don't die more than once or twice.

If you ended the game 4/0/3 at 20 minutes with 200 CS, you'd probably get it.

if you're playing nasus top then you're going to have a hard time getting an S even with 290 cs. dont just worry about stacks. you need to clear every minion in that wave. some nasus players never leave lane and roam to other lanes for farm. then there's the whole dont come to my lane thing that people do with nasus. so you're going to have a hard time. nasus top is saturated with a lot of players. you'll need to take him to a different lane that's not as common and do better than the rest of the people who've taken him into that lane.
