I mean, Janna certainly isn't a well-liked champion among ADCs. Speaking as an ADC main myself, Janna players tend to play safe - almost too safe, in the lane phase. I often find myself in games where the entire team except bot lane fed and the game is over before I'm able to scale up and carry. Being able to capitalize on advantages in lane phase is something a lot of ADC champions hope for in supports because it means that they can become relevant and carry, even when their allies are feeders. Now, Janna's ult protection in late game is certainly not something to be glossed over. When used well, it basically allows you to reset a fight with all the enemy team's burst blown and the enemy team low health, while you're all full health. However, that teamfight power is going to be pretty useless when bot lane is a farm fest and mid lane is 0/10 20 minutes in.
There's this thing called humility, I think you should try it sometime. That persons a flaming troll just like all the others. Ignore them.
