Mac High Sierra mouse issue

Just posting for any Mac users that may have recently upgraded and had similar issues. Us potato users gotta stick together!

My mouse would twitch around when in game to the point of it being unplayable. As I would move the mouse, it would jump back to previous parts of the screen or go way past where intended and then jump back a second later. I spent quite a large amount of time between last night and today trying to fix it, originally believing it was league's fault, then apple's, and then realizing it was something small. After over an hour of messaging riot support (Corndog was their name, deserves a medal and a raise for how much time and effort they put in.) to no success. I then started to just play with my settings and there is one called "Use Software Mouse (Vertical Sync must be off)." After turning it off my mouse works fine now.
