he has a lot of sustain yes, but he has no 30 percent life steal on any ability. I mean there is a basic heal amount on his passive but no life steal.

He's way OP right now and I'm looking forward to a nerf. He out-lifesteals most damage and can turret dive with very little (pretty much NO) consequences. It's pretty disgusting to see shit like this make it to live servers.
