Even more damage when damage is already high as fuck,maybe lee does not deserve a spot on what will make our life's hell for the preseason and neither does rumble,but the rest just went from tumor's to metastasis really quick.

You just rly lined up some of the champs you know have a shield in their kits. It has to be rly rly broken to trade straight damage runes for it.
I'll add a couple more. 
I added supports since adcs can take the rune too.
