Yo,

Sometimes my connection is good, sometimes it is around 350 ms which is possible to play but wouldnt want to play ranked like this.

Would be awesome to be able to check the ms before I start a match.. I am sure others are experiencing the same problem.

Custom games are your best option right now. Load into one before you start queuing into a match. The current client runs off of Adobe AIR, or some other Adobe program, instead of LoL directly. I think the New Client will fix that issue.
