I made a PBE account a while ago but never used it, now i want to use it to play the new champ however literally cannot log in to it, idk the username or password yet i get no email when i try to reset it

A while ago i got a chat restriction and my honor went down, does that mean my pbe account isnt usable until i get back up to level 3?? if thats the case is that why i get no email when i try to reset the username/password?

Even if your honer drop to 0 you can still log into pbe accounts.

Keep trying to figure out what that account/password combination is because it's not right.
