My thoughts on this was where did he go what happened to his mini rework and what has become of him, i once saw a thread about him and his potential mini rework but i haven't heard anything about it for a long time now and i was thinking if they were still trying to do something about him.

Playtesters said his mini rework was boring or something so they scrapped it. Don't really know much about it either
For a frame of reference More people play Mordekaiser than Mr star dragon
Mr Star Dragon in league of mobility feels bad for the uninitiated
I just find him boring. Stand still and boop people ... Sure it is probably more than that. Seen good plays from star dragon but it just is so boring to me as much as Singed. Stand still and deal damage, or run around and deal damage.
they said they were supposed to rework him due to high difficulty not a lot of damage very match up dependent easy to shut his damage down so on and so forth
