Less Bots in ARAM?

I really despise dealing with bots (automatic players) in ARAM, and there seemed to be a surge of them in recent months; I don't think I've seen more than a few in the past three weeks. Is anyone else having that experience?

If this is because Riot took steps to deal with them, then props. If the community stopped using them, then also props.

It's because your ARAM MMR reached a certain point. Bots don't win many games and they can't climb far.

Riot is also banning them constantly. The reason why they let them stay for a while is that they don't want to reveal what triggers their detection system. They ban them in waves.
