Trying to get level 7 mastery on Heimerdinger 
and it says it can be made with 3 coins & 600 blue essence; 3 coins & 1 Heimerdinger permanent; 3 coins & 1 Heimerdinger Champion Shard. I own Heimerdinger but I cannot use the Heimerdinger permanent and 3 coins? Someone please explain to me the 3 coin & Champion permanent option.
A Champion Permanent is what you get if you reroll 3 Champion Shards. Typically this Permanent thing is automatically redeemed, but if you own every champion it stays in your Hextech inventory instead.
If it's like the other forging shouldn't you be able to right click the coins and see the options for activating it?
What was it like going to rank 6?
Looking to do this myself soon so learning is good.
