Disable Skins Option

With the advent of new skins (honestly some pretty clever ones I have to admit, even from someone who's not really into skins all that much [beekeeper singed]) it'd be nice to have the option to disable skins. Although the elaborate effects and flashy visuals are entertaining, within a competitive sense they can be a little hard to follow (the new eternal sword yi Q for example is nearly invisible). While I am a strong supporter of Riot being able to generate income as well as players being able to support the game and gain enjoyment from the obvious amount of effort recently put forward into skins, I think this would be a nice option to have, especially considering this has already been done with disabling custom event minions and towers. Feel free to post opinions below and my bad if this has already been addressed.
