Vayne Vaynes passive

this is insane, there is no getting away from her, unless you have some sort of dash or escape with long range, even Ezreal cant do much with the short range of his E. when she first came out it was twice as strong if not more than what it is now, whenever she ults, there is no running even if you have fully upgraded boots and she has none. for champs who rely on a slow or something to get away like varus in lane there is no getting away. Her Q gives her enough mobility and chase potential, if she wants stronger chase, why not force her to buy item 3252 ? this keeps her chase, but fixes the problem of her not needing boots till midgame to catch champs who have do buy them. What i am suggesting is a rework for her passive in some way. maybe have her gained increased attack speed for each champ who is facing away from her by a small amount?. this would require her to be attacking a champion instead of just walking toward them and being able to chase them all the way up their lane.

Evelynn Evelynn Just ... everything, shes been reworked, nerfed, shat all over. and where is she? nowhere. when was the last time eve was EVER played? i tried jungling her. i could barely take red (with a leash on minigolems from toplane) and i had to recall afterward this leaves no potential for ganks, no good clear nothing. Her passive only makes it so she isnt seen by wards, and yaknow what that would be a MUCH BETTER PASSIVE, WAY COOLER. the range on it is MASSIVE, its practically the sight range of most champions anyways and if she doesnt wanna be seen by wards she cant use her W which is her only mobility as it breaks her stealth. she is NOT a jungler. she doest have the range or burst damage to deal with mid. i tried her toplane, i got ate by riven. what is she supposed to be? an ADC, a support? i dont know and i dont really think anyone at riot does either. speaking of riven...

Riven Riven

Riven is one of those champions who is just ... ugggh. too strong, i know riot doesnt care about the people like me in silver 5 or whatever, and i dont really blame them, they dont make them the big bucks. but riven in low tier play isnt fun. she is not fun to play against, because she shits all over anyone besides like garen top. i dont want to have to sit on tower with my hands on my knees waiting for minions to get there so i can farm because if i even go close to her i will just explode, no matter what i do.

I will probably add more to this later, but these three are what i could think off from the top of my head, if anyone has anything else they'd like to contribute, id love to hear your thoughts on one of my favorite games current points of balance.

Play Darius against Riven and Q her everytime she goes for farm, if her shield somehow mitigates the damage of your Q, the bleed will still chunk off her HP. Darius played halfway competently dumpsters most Rivens because they're typically way overconfident. Not to mention they typically have no pots after the 3rd time it happens. Plus if she's dumb enough to come close, you can AA, Crippling Strike, AA, Decimate and she loses half her hp maybe more after the bleed is done.

Her only real options are to build health to mitigate the damage, because he deals physical with all of his attacks, magic with the bleed, and the ultimate is true damage. So he's still dealing full damage neglecting her shield, which isn't increasing much, and you're building a mix of tank and damage while still leveling Q and dealing even more damage and applying even stronger bleeds. Max damage decimate deals 315 base damage paired with an additional 105% of your AD.

In the event you hate Darius, don't own him, or can't play him, there's also Renekton, he's not quite as oppressive as Darius against a Riven, but you're tanky, with built in sustain, huge wave clear, and you get rewarded for building mostly tank. If I'm ahead I go for Tiamat first, maybe all the way to Ravenous Hydra, which is so much sustain it's basically impossible for Riven to do anything to you. You can usually bait her into overcommitting to killing you, only to turn on her and hit R, gaining health, aoe damage constantly (this synergizes great with sunfire cape which is a core component of your build anyway), and endlessly generating rage to fuel sustain, empowered stuns, and armor shreds for what little armor she may have.

Don't get me wrong, if you picked before her and didn't get one of those two, good luck, take a doran's shield and some marshmallows to try and bribe your jungler, but for top lane you typically want tanky and/or anti-mobility to prevent things like Riven from being too much of a nightmare.

Edit: Maokai also loves a Riven matchup, because his passive charges really fast against her kit to keep him nice and healthy the whole time. Paired with again, tanky and some anti mobility stuff. It's a pretty good time.
