Some of the most peaceful games I had. And Victory always seems avalable. But as I marksman main... I'm seriously thinking of moving to jg or mid.

Well, there are some things to remember. Mid is the gateway to the rest of the map, so you've gotta be sure you can hold your own there. Jungle is also the support for the whole map, so you've got to keep your eyes out all the time. Be ready for everyone to blame you almost all the time.

In that scenario, if you truly had muted them and said nothing, those reports would have amounted to... literally nothing. If you were even reported to begin with. Yes, it sucks to get ping spammed, but, if you said nothing and did nothing wrong, you've got nothing to worry about. Number of reports doesn't increase the power of the report from a game, all it takes is one report.

Which is why asking for people to report X all the time could get you targetted with reports yourself... which would then actually have weight. (you being subjective, not you as in you)

Just because you don't get informed of them being penalized, doesn't mean they don't get penalized. It might be weeks from now when they finally get noticed, it could've been after that game, you'll never know. If they keep up that behavior, then it will catch up with them.
