How many would honestly like to see a minimum win rate to play in a ranked match? Like you should have a minimum of 40% winrate overall to play in a ranked match.... this would combat people who purposely int in games and this would help with most (not all) of the players having issues climbing. especially lower ellos.

And to add to that possibly make it to where players have to have a mastery level of 5 to play a champion in ranked (making it a minimum of 11 champions at mastery level 5 by this time you should have enough time in the game to have a win rate established and would have enough time to understand some basic fundamentals on csing and positioning)

just not understanding why people with 15% winrates are allowed in my games just to ruin my LP......................

You are in the elo you deserve. So, if you want to get higher, climb off your high horse, watch some streams of specifically the champion you main and get better at the game.

Your enemies are exactly as bad as your teammates. If you are that superior, you will have 15/5 scores every game and hard carry. If you don't have those stats, you are doing something wrong.

Just to speak to the mastery level point, this limits people way too much. Lets say you have 11 champs mastery 5 but all of them are mages and youre autofilled jungle...now you have to play jungle or swap with someone. But then what if nobody swaps or nobody else has any mastery 5 junglers? Now you either dodge or 100% lose.
